Friends of Kingswood Park deal with all events in the park, including fundraising and planning the park's future.
The Friends have won a Community Spaces lottery grant for £27,500 to build a stone picnic area to enrich the Park environment and provide new gathering and seating spaces adjacent to existing play areas.

10.15am: Page Park Celebrates The Queen's Diamond Jubilee
10.15am-8.45pm, Page Park, Staple Hill
There will be something for everybody:
Craft stalls, Charity Stalls and Exhibitor stalls, Children's rides and entertainment including Punch and Judy. Workshops-painting ceramics, Wild ways. Food stalls, Jolly Hog and Sasuage Co, Sandwiches from the Deli, Pancakes, Doughnuts Candy floss etc.
The Stage and arena will provide a program of music, dance and displays also S J Cooks Renault unit and cars
